Varanasi
Varanasi is still called Benares by many people. It is one of the holiest places in India. If you die in Varanasi, you will be released from the cycle of rebirths and you will go straight to nirvana. No suprise that the burning ghats in Varanasi are a mass industry for cremation, using small and public "campfires" to burn the bodies.
