Annapurna III In the Manang valley (3350 m) you have an excellent view of the Annapurna massif. Braga In 1993 in the Manang valley only the main village Manang had electricity. The main village was also one of the rare places with radio-contact with Kathmandu. Muktinath The town of Muktinath, altitude 3800 meters, is a place of pilgrimage for Tibetans. Between the mountains on the right side of the picture is the Thorung pass.
